New categories for 2019!
It's time to award the fantastic work made by our industry’s brightest and best stars!
We’ve made some changes in the entry criteria and streamlined some categories, so please familiarise yourself and get set to win big on our 30th birthday!
> Entrants no longer submit reels, so this should speed up submissions, reduce costs and make sure that the work is judged on its merit, not on the creativity of the reel!
> Maximum duration of single spot entries is 90 sec
> We have some new and refined categories:
ORIGINATED BUDGET CATEGORIES
Replacing the old SOMETHING FOR NOTHING award, we’ve introduced three new budget categories:
> AMAZING… FOR NOTHING (UNDER £5K)
> MID-BUDGET MASTERPIECE (£5K – £50K)
> BIG BUDGET BRAND-DEFINER OVER (£50K – £100K)
BEST NEWCOMER is now open to Marketing and Design, as well as Creative.
Podcasts can now be entered – BEST RADIO OR PODCAST
BEST SCRIPTWRITING is now open to digital as well as TV, radio and print
Digital categories have been refined:
> BEST USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA: CONTENT OR BRAND
> BEST USE OF TECHNOLOGY
> BEST SOCIAL OR DIGITAL PARTNERSHIP
> BEST MADE FOR MOBILE – sponsored and judged by Facebook
