With over 600 years of history the Guildhall’s Great Hall offers the perfect backdrop for your beautifully crafted campaigns whilst its East and West Crypts offer the chance to celebrate those wins and dance the night away. Your closest tubes will be Bank, Moorgate and St. Paul’s.

The awards is a chance to mingle and network with the rest of the industry and there is a very relaxed seating policy in place. Poseur tables and minimal seating will be allocated to teams who have bought more than 10 tickets allowing them to have an area and be together but again it will be quite an informal arrangement.  There will also be tables around which are not allocated for teams purchasing less than 10 tickets.

Pre-dinner drinks will be in the Crypt from 7pm and food will be served from 8pm in the Main Hall; bowl food will be circulated and themed self service food stations will be running. Please note the bar in the Main Hall will be closed during the awards but tray service will still be available. We only ask that you and your team are settled and ready by 8.30pm when the awards proper will begin.

This year, and in line with other awards ceremonies, there will be take-home statues for Gold only.  A number of non engraved silver statues will be available on the night for photographs, they are not meant to be taken home. There will be the usual option to purchase duplicate gold or silver statues. Please email zung@promaxuk.com should you wish to place an order.

Once again we want you to bring the glitz and glamour, so make sure you dress as before in all of your finery and don’t be afraid to bring that little bit of extra sparkle.

Our aim is for everyone to be able to attend the Promax UK Awards. Whilst the awards are a chance to celebrate, they also act as a key motivational tool and are a chance to reward the people who contribute to the work we do whether that is an award-winning spot or the day-to-day running of a creative, design or marketing department. They offer the younger generation an insight into the wider industry and are a fantastic opportunity to connect with your peers. Our hope is that the awards offer a chance to bring together as many people as possible and more than ever before. We look forward to seeing you there!
