/ The Venue
With over 600 years of history the Guildhall’s Great Hall offers the perfect backdrop for your beautifully crafted campaigns whilst its East and West Crypts offer the chance to celebrate those wins and dance the night away. Your closest tubes will be Bank, Moorgate and St. Paul’s.
/ The Layout
Whilst the welcome drinks and afterparty are a chance to connect as a community, the main awards ceremony will be a chance to celebrate in your teams.
Although there is no formal sit-down dinner, there will be a variety of tables, stools, sofas and seats. Food and drink will be brought round at the start and there is also ample opportunity to get food and drink for yourselves at food stations and from the bar. We only ask that you and your team are settled and ready by 8.30pm when the awards proper will begin.
/ The Dress Code/Theme
Once again we want you to bring the glitz and glamour, so make sure you dress as before in all of your finery and don’t be afraid to bring that little bit of extra sparkle.
/ Our Aim
Our aim is for everyone to be able to attend the Promax UK Awards. Whilst the awards are a chance to celebrate, they also act as a key motivational tool and are a chance to reward the people who contribute to the work we do whether that is an award-winning spot or the day-to-day running of a creative, design or marketing department. They offer the younger generation an insight into the wider industry and are a fantastic opportunity to connect with your peers. Our hope is that the awards offer a chance to bring together as many people as possible and more than ever before. We look forward to seeing you there!

Complimentary drinks will be served throughout the awards. The afterparty is a pay bar.
The running order will be made available on the day of the event and will be available at the venue.
Our policy surrounding Covid-19 will once again align with industry guidelines and as such may be updated closer to the event.
