Tracy is a coach & mentor working with some of the most senior leaders and founders across the creative industries.  In addition to being the Director of Mentoring at Women in Film & TV, she is Board Advisor to Channel 4’s Indie Growth Fund, Onboarding Coach for Indigo Talent and the Founder of Fast Track to Fearless, her academy for career confidence and fearless leadership.  Tracy has worked in the global television industry for 30 years both in production and commissioning and as Genre Director of Entertainment and Formats at BBC Studios, she oversaw the investment into and international distribution of unscripted content of titles such as Dancing with the Stars, Top Gear and Bake Off.  A passionate believer in the power of holistic wellbeing, she is also a qualified, advanced yoga teacher and creator of the innovative Yoga in the Boardroom brand.

She is levelling the playing field and advocates for women who want to become creators in the revolutionary space of web 3.0.

Vikki Stephenson

Vikki Stephenson

Vikki Stephenson is a Consultant and Speaker with over 20 years experience in the Creative Industry. She has made internationally recognised campaigns for the BBC’s highest profile brands such as Planet Earth II and Dracula, winning over 35 industry awards. Since moving on from her Senior Creative role she has created a ground-breaking new podcast, Blue Mumdays, which supports women going through Postnatal Depression and offers support to partners, friends and families who are also affected. Vikki is a strong advocate for women speaking up for themselves and their achievements to allow them to get ahead in their careers on their own terms.

Lou Patel

Lou Patel

Lou Patel is a Freelance EP, Gallery Director and Founder of Share My Telly Job with almost 17 years experience in the industry. Before children (BC) she worked mainly Factual Entertainment cutting her teeth as a multi-camera Director on Big Brother, Love Island and 24 Hours in A & E.
7 years ago, she set up Share My Telly Job after facing barriers working part-time whilst caring for young children and is a long-term advocate for flexible working and job-sharing as a way of retaining women in the industry. She recently won the Makers & Shakers ’Shaker of the Year’ award and the new Rise Influencer award for her work with SMTJ.
