Mina Patel is a Creative Director at BBC Creative where she oversees a talented group of people who create the promotions for BBC channels and platforms. Before that she worked at Red Bee, ITV and BBC Worldwide.  At the BBC she was responsible for setting up a developing creative scheme to train young people from diverse backgrounds who have not gone on to further education, but have a passion for our craft, to create promos that better represent the wider community.
